Hands-free dictation Cingular 8125?

I have a Cingluar 8125 with a bluetooth headset from Jabra. It works pretty well in the handsfree mode, but I would like to dictate handsfree while driving (required in CA pretty soon). I can use the voice speed dial in the 8125 to open a voice recorder, but none of them are in record mode when they open, and so I still have to press a button on the 8125 to actually record.

I would like to just start recording with the push of the headset button. How can I do this (willing to *gasp* pay for software to help here)?
