You won't find better support than you'll get in the i760 forum here... but that probably isn't the only reason to buy a device. If you are looking to primarily connect to Outlook, then the Pearl may not be the best choice. Any of the Blackberries are designed to really excel when your company has an available BES server that you can connect to. In that case, you can get phenominal push access to your Exchange or Lotus Notes email and PIM data that is as good as it gets. You may want to consider the Q and Blackjack devices too... they ware smaller and run Windows Mobile Standard and should give you good sync with Outlook. The biggest thing you lose vs. the i760 is going to be the touchscreen.
