Pearl Flip 8220

Does anyone know anything about this unit?

I know that it is pretty much just T-mobile right now. But, if it were to become available through Verizon, I might be interested. This is the first smartphone that is a flip phone that I have seen since my beloved I500. It is so attractive, I might be willing to switch from Palm to Blackberry.

Anyone?

I am not prepared to make to leap to Blackberry yet. I am waiting for something really spectacular, but I haven't seen it yet.
