Bell Mobility PRL
I have a 2032SP with the Verizon Watcher.

I have it working on Bell (Canada), but would like to update the PRL. I have one I pulled from my other cell.

The Bell firmware update from this post solved my problem.

Set Com to 7
Baud to 110
and it takes the update.
