Remove the aircard and antenna?

I just purchased a 2032sp on ebay with the primary intention of using it for mp3's and ebooks. I'm wondering if it is possible to remove the aircard and antenna, thus rendering a normal pda?

I've done that very thing. It's only held in with a couple few screws. You just have to make sure the switch is turned of or the software for it will keep looking for the card.

Cool. Is there any change in battery life with the aircard removed?

On the same topic, does anyone know if PPC2003 will run without it, or is the 2032sp just not destined to go past 2002?
