Initializing modem Please wait......

Hi, i need some help when i start the phone connection appear this initializing modem and nothing changes i can't put any codes can't open any menus at all.
Can any one tell me if i'm doing something wrong

i can help ...
but this problem have 3 analisis :
1. Modem broken
2. troble engine (PCB)
3. software

trouble software u can update PRI for the PDA..
but no one can gift u this software for free..
