Hi,

My thera is all time in Power Save mode, is hard to read and use. With full battery I try many times to set in medium, hight or super brightness, but these modes dont work. Is still dark like in power save mode.

Is a hardware or software problem? Also reset don't work .

I will appreciate any help.
