Yes. I bought by Thera back in November and it came with a USB charger. I plug the USB cable into the charger unit and it charges. It will also charge when plugged into the USB port on your PC.

If you want an actual power unit for the Thera, keep an eye on Ebay. I just bought one a few weeks ago for 99 cents.
