If you are trying to install a program that has a setup.exe file, you need to run the setup on your PC. I don't know of any programs that installs from the memory card.
1. Install Activesync on your PC
2. Connect your PDA to your PC by using the cradle/USB cable.
3. Run the setup program on your PC.
4. The program should automatically install to your PDA.
If you do not have the cable to connect the PDA to your PC:
1. Install Activesync on your PC
2. Run setup file on your PC. Just say OK when it says the program will install the next time your device is connected.
3. Look in the folder Program Files\Microsoft Activesync on your PC. See if there is a new folder there associated with the program you are installing. Look in that folder for a CAB file with ARM in the name. If the folder is not there, you may have to look around your computer to find where the program was installed. Look for the CAB file with the word ARM in it.
4. Copy the CAB file to your memory card and install the memory card in your PDA.
5. Open the file browser and go to the CAB file. Double click on the file. It should install the program to the Main Memory.
