Hello guys,


I managed to configure the thera for the indian networks and registerred the ESN with the databases servers,

THe customer executive gave me the Activation codes and the sid.


When i get with the *228 to activate the thera,

its says the PRL downld failed and thus the activation fails.

can any one help here, or could help me with a PRL file whihc i could load it manually.


i would be gratefull
