I do not know if this thread already discussed but I just bought a thera on Aug2005. Two days ago my wife charged the battery and when it was done there were a message on the screen. My wife just pressed the (X) without reading the text and the thera can not be turn on until now.

I already pressed all buttons but the battery buttons.

Need you all kind advice

What happens when you plug the device into the charger? Pay close attention to the top of the unit near the antenna... does an LED light up, if so what color and does it blink?

charge it up first, maybe it's just a low battery problem ...

All indicators run normal, the LED is orange when I plug the device into the charger and turn into green when it's full. But it's ok now, the device sudenly turn on after goes down for 5 days...weird...
