Well.. I won my paypal dispute. The only caveat is that I have to pay shipping to send my 2032 back to the seller. Im still debating on whther or not it would be worth it. I did get a nice enough PDA for $70.. I'll probably cancel my dispute and stick with it. I'll just have to find some good gaming software for it.

I was not able to import the 2023-watch file but since the watcher program works I was able to go through that program and dial *228 and my phone is now programmed. However it receives calls in PCS Connection and I haven't figured out how to get on the net or even check e-mail. But most importantly I can make and receive calls and use the PDA.
As a side note tessie's sold me the phone and I was dissapointed that I had to do so much work to get it to work but tessie did offer to refund me if I couldn't get it to work. So I was happy with my transaction with them. But it definitely takes some time...about 4-6 hours for me.

I bought one of these phones from Tessies Toys and was waiting for my contract to be over to activate this phone with Sprint. I am now finding out that there is a bill past due on this phone and it can not be activated until the bill is paid. (The bill is so much that it is not even worth paying it. ) It is now over the time limit that ebay keeps the ad so I don't even have a contact to reach this Frank guy. If you have his contact may I please have it?

I got ripped by this seller too man. I got Thera 2032SP from the seller called chandra330 but in the package I got a note referring me to the tessies_toys page.
anyway in the descriptions It says that the phone is unlocked and can be used anywhere. I wanted to use it with Telus in Canada. Now The phone says in the watcher screen "Verizon " etc
MS ActiveSync doesn't recognize this phone. I have no idea what to do with this piece of ****

I wish i had read all yr notes on tess toys people. I bought a 2032 and got it about a week back. it came with a huge dent on the right hand top corner. downloaded the manual. read it from cover to cover. started the PDA and it said battery was low. plugged it in for 24 hours. started it : again it said battery low. plugged it again for 24 hours. i emailed her with a note on the dent and not being happy with the dead battery. she said to return it and that they will replace it. what a hassle. why cant they check something before sending it out. anyways, keep yr fingers crossed. I have just bought an hp 6515 thru the ebay. supposed to be on its way. i got the audiovox at $80. price seemed good for the gmes and music, etc.

I got a 2032SP from Tessie a couple months ago. The PDA worked just fine. I looked into activating the phone with Telus too but they would have nothing to do with any phone that is not theirs. I even tried their head office with no luck. I ended up activating it with MTS (Manitoba Telephone) I had to find someone willing to activate it for me. A few dealers wouldn't even look at my phone. A couple did and one activated it for me. My phone also says Verison but it still works fine on MTS.

I've resently noticed there is a clip missing on the antenna and I need to make one up so I can get some signal strength. Either than that, the Thera works just fine. I guess it's one of those hit and miss things.

I also got ripped by Tessies Toys. This will eventually catch up with them. I returned an obviously defective item that was advertised as "Near Mint" and never heard from them. They sure are fast sending the first piece of junk but their return process is beyond incompetent and now I am doing a Paypal dispute with them as well. The one thing that bothers me the most about these guys is their brazen use of slander on Ebay and via email. Even on the Paypal dispute Tessies says..."another lie from a pathetic waste of a human being". and that's all they said. I'm literally shocked by their behavior as I kept everything above board and civil the entire time.

I ordered a phone from sweetsilvana on ebay. The seller had a 98.5% positive feedback so I decided that was good enough for me.

I emailed the seller through ebay and asked that the phone be shipped ASAP. There was response to that email within 12 hours stating that it would ship within the next 24 hours. Within 4 days after that I received the phone.

The phone was advertised as NEW but said that they were demonstrators in the stores and had never been activated and that any scratches or marring on the phone was small and due to "tinkering" with them in the stores. That was fine with me.

After I took the phone out of the envelope (no bubble wrap or any cushioning material, but was also in a small USPS shipping box) I did notice the marring and scratches that I expected, although a bit more that I expected. I then noticed several dents and scrapes on the antenna; those are signs of being dropped. Ok, I'll accept that as long as the phone works. I had to charge it do to a drained battery. I could not get the male end of the charger to stay securely in the phone. Every time the phone or charging cord was moved, the phone stopped charging. I tried my old charger (same kind) and it would not stay in the phone either...very sloppy and loose.

Then I went back to the sweetsilvana feedback and started to read all of the negative comments...oh BTW..after my payment (paypal) was received by sweetsilvana I asked him to please pose feedback for my prompt payment, his email response was AFTER I post positive feedback for him he will do it for me. So, back to the negative feedback, all of the negative feedback that I read stated that the phones were not as described or were faulty and to stay away from this seller. They also said that he would not respond to emails. His reply to these people was that they did not try to call him first to dispute. So then I tried google his address that is found on the package he sent and it came back to various phone numbers, 914-739-3273, .800.794.5881. After calling the number I found that his answering machine states his name as Frank Tetro. He answered the phone when I called back again. I told him of the problem and he asked me if I was sure that the problem I was having was with the phone and not the charger. I Told him that I used different chargers with the same results. I mentioned to him that I saw several negative feedbacks for him and he responded that none of those persons gave him a chance to correct the problem before leaving negative feedback. I told him I would be more than happy to leave positive feedback once this transaction is complete. He stated to send the phone back to him and he will pick a "mint" phone to send me and that sometimes verifying that the phones charging receptacles work correctly can be "tricky".

I sent the phone back that same day and I confirmed that he received it via his signature.

It was delivered to Frank Tetro 11 Sonoma rd. Cortlandt Mannor NY 10567.

When you do a Zillow search, that comes back to a residence as confirmed on the tracking information.

The same name, address or phone number is linked to sweetsilvana (ebay), Tessies-Toys.com, spectrepc@optonline.net and others that are listed in this thread.

I contacted PayPal as a precaution on how to proceed, and told them that I will wait to give him a chance to send a working phone but that all of this negative reporting I have been hearing about this individual prompted me to call and get some advise.

I emailed him to let him know that I have confirmation that my phone has arrived back at his place and have a signature of acceptance for my shipment. I asked him to please email me when the replacement is shipped.

I will keep you all advised as to the progress of this seller from my experience.

As a side note, If you go to the sweetsilvana "me" on his ebay page, it states "I am a stay at home mom trying to make some extra money...."
