Give them the PW10C3 PPC 5050 and ESN They will help you. If they don`t have the code they will tell you who the unit was sold to. Good luck.

Correction don't call them. I called In the USA. The will not help you.
I called in Canada they will send you to the USA department. I called sprint they send you to USA UTstarcom and so on. So don't bother.
