"Newbie question"...didn't see it in the FAQs.

How do I insert a pause in the speed dial for voice mail retrieval? The "," gets deleted after I enter it, and "p" doesn't seem to create a pause.

Any thoughts?

Enter 4 or 5 ''p''. Works fine for me.

The following works great! I am not sure if this what you are looking for:

after a phone number, enter "w" followed by additional digits (ex. password for voicemail, digits can include # or *). At the pause stage, Hit the "Talk" Soft button (on the screen, not the hard Talk button). This will initiate the commands followig "w".
