Audiovox customer service?
Has anyone received satisfactory customer service from Audiovox? If so I would love the phone number, or email address, or any other possible way of getting a hold of someone who actually cares about the PPC-5050. The standard response from customer service in the States is:
Unfortunately, we have no info on the PPC-5050 here at our N.Y. location as the device was only marketed in Canada.
and the Canadians I get a hold of only seem interested in saying that the problem is someone else’s and don’t seem to take it any farther then that. Overall, Audiovox seems to provide some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered, but I would love if someone out there could prove differently.
