Im newbe, I have a problem witn my ppc 4100, when I tried to make a hard rest, i dont know what happeng my phone stock in the blue screen and dont work, nothing happeng, can someone help me.
P.S. sorry for my inglish, speak spanish. LoL

You might want to try this-- Make sure that the lock button is placed at the lower position, and try to remove and then reload the battery. It had worked for me.
