I downloaded the zip file, I install it to ppc windows but when i reboot my ppc appear a pop up that says:

"there is no application associated with the girgsm.dll, run the application first and the the dll archive.

Please what else I have to do make this phone work?

maybe dumb questions but, have you turned off flight mode, so the phone feature can be enabled..? PPC4100 ever ask you for a unlock code? The crack wont apply to all PPC4100 as I know, it has something to do with firware version... My guess is that you aquired your PPC4100 from ebay so it should work..

No the flight mode is off.

Can I try another program to unlock my phone or do you know if i can get my phone to a store that they can help me?

Have you tried hard reset and patch it again.. another think is to update the rom data from the update rom in Audiovox's site and the try to patch it again.
If you check rom access thread they say that they have no problem patching the updated rom, you might wanna try it...
