Have had the PPC4100 since June, all is great, over the weekend, sitting at desk and bounce phone accidentally on desk while removing battery to replace with second one. Now all I see is a lit blank screen! Have soft booted and Hard booted the PDA. Still syncs, and if you click where you remember something to be on the black screen, it still sounds and acts like it is working.

Still can access via activesync, even receive phone calls, however, I cannot see a thing!

Any suggestions???????

try flashing it withthe rom update see ohw that works
