sorry my english. I buyed ppc4100 and after 36 hours the pocket pc it was broken. When I push the reset button the ppc4100 don't run and when I do the soft or hard reset the pocket open the diagnostic manager by wistron corporation. I start the full test and this pass to the led, after (touch panel, keypad, remote key, vibrator, and sd card) fail, and if I restart the pocket pc this reopened the same diagnostic manager. What's happened. help me, help me, help me

possibilities are ..

1. your 4100 is toast
2. the rocker button is pressed and would not bounce back.
