I'd just like to add another datapoint regarding the yellow strip/blue thumbnail screen blemishes saga.

I developed both of these over the first month or so of operation, and just recently took the phone to the Sprint store. They replaced it without so much as a raised eyebrow.

Kudos to Sprint, thanks to this forum, and for those with the problem, go get it fixed.
