To setup Verizon's voice mail on the Smartphone, you need to goto Messages, then click on the Messages tab at the top of the screen.

Now, click on the voice mail number box.

Here's the cool stuff: Most of Verizon's voice mail works by calling your cell#, pressing the '#" or '*,' and then keying in your passcode. So, when you are entering your voice mail number, do this: 1) put in your cell # with area code 2)then put in four commas(this is for the timed pause) 3)put in '#' or '*' depending upon your area 4)put in another comma 5)put in your passcode.

This will allow you to access voice mail by just pressing and holding the envelope button on the outside of the flip.

I have already assumed that you have setup your voice mail account through Verizon.
