If the phone has a zb21 I believe in the Version then it upgraded the phone..if not..you'll have to uninstall the Verizon CDMA stuff in Add/Remove, go to regedit, delete anything with verizon, program files - delete the folder for it. Restart. Then try to do the WM5 upgrade with the VersionID.txt file in the root of the folder using Total Commander. It should let it go past 74% if you need it to. If it doesn't work try using a PC that hasn't had ActiveSync 4.1 installed on it (which you can get at filehippo.com). Install ActiveStink 4.1 on it and then try the upgrade with the VErsionID.Txt file in the root of the phones folder. It should defnitely work that way. Make sure you dont use a USB hub, but just directly put the USB into the USB port on the notebook/PC.
