Hold down left and or right soft keys while pushing the stylus in the hole on the bottom. There's also an option for it in settings..erase memory or something to that effect.
I think you'll have to unlock it if its the Verizon one..and good luck with that..check out Mobile-files.com for any resolutions for it. Some have claimed to get it working over there. |
