"Accuracy" isn't referring to responsiveness - it's referring to how many pixels are used to pinpoint the spot being pressed. Resistive screens are usually accurate down to the pixel, whereas capacitive screens can only get down to a grouping of pixels.

As far as responsiveness goes, capacitive screens win hands down.
