As for the matter at hand - the key information communicated by our Executive Escalation depart includes a 'target' delivery date. As many of you know, we have recently deployed updates to other smartphones and remain committed to providing the previously communicated update to the Omnia.

We apologize if the timeframe is not in line with the expectations of some of our customers - but there is even less value in releasing software that has not been fully tested and is not up to Verizon Wireless' standards.

So - the net of this message post is: we remain committed to the update to the Omnia,it will be released as soon as it meets our standards, and we cannot provide a more specific date other than 'as soon as possible'.
