Okay, I'm just a little bummed. I was expecting the voice dialing over Bluetooth to be similar to Voice Command and Voice Signal. Specifically, I was expecting I could hit the button on my BT headset (Jawbone 2) to bring up the voice dialing prompt. However, BT voice dialing on the iPhone--even with 3.1 firmware--is not working that way. Instead, I still have to hold the Home button on the iPhone to get the voice dialing prompt. The difference between 3.0 and 3.1 is that, with 3.1, the voice dialing prompt comes through on the BT headset and I can speak instructions through the BT headset. However, I still need to reach for the iPhone to start the voice dialing process.
