Is this a recent issue? I get daily reports in .pdf files all the time and they open properly. Wondering if it was like that from day one or if a hard reset might restore it to how it should be. Bell gives you Adobe Reader 2.5. If that is what you have it should open the .pdf files. Maybe you can download it somewhere and see if a reinstall fixes the probem?
