I've never really had a good time with Windows Mobile Device Center in that I had to reinstall it almost every time I wanted to use it.
I recently upgraded my laptop to Vista Ultimate x64. I've downloaded WMDC and the x64 driver pack but when I plug my Titan in the computer doesn't even acknowledge anything and the phone just charges like its plugged into the wall charger.

I've messed with all the settings on the phone and the PC and tried to sync through bluetooth as well but nothing.
