I just delete from and add to my iPhone playlist anytime - all I need in there is what I want until the next time I dock and sync with iTunes. Pretty simple, really.

That being said, 32 gb will be nice for the added space, for larger or more apps, and larger movies, etc. But, as I have always said - there is no such thing as too much memory. And apps will always be written to take advantage of added technology - including more memory - that comes on the scene. So, even if I don't think I need 32 gig today (and I don't) I just may want it in a month or so!
