Mine did the same thing today - it failed once, and I said "Never" once - but my vision service was still working.

This evening, I got the notice again to update the phone, and let it try - and it completed successfully. Now, If I only knew what it did. At least my vision service is still working, but I guess we'll see what happens. Wierd....
