Asurion tells me that they're only replacing the Mogul with the Treo 800W or the Touch Diamond. The Touch Pro is out of stock, and they're only replacing Touch Pros with Touch Pros.
Looks like it is time to trot out the old "I'm switching to an iPhone..."
