That was easy... for me I had to call up tech support for my stuck keys issue. Went to two sprint stores and ended up having to Call up asurion, I told them exactly what happened, she apologized, offered me a touch pro and thats it.
Sprint will be refunding the $50 deductible and the touch pro is on its way. I hope its not a refurb, but as long as it works I dont care. |
