Does anyone remember the hacks to cahnge your priority in talking to the cell towers... that was one of the hacks we used on the i730's & the i760's ... I'm sure I can find that hack if anyone is interested ... It bumped up your priority on the cell towers and meant less time trying to contact and establish a connection.
BTW my battery life is HORRIBLE... I was looking forward to a phone with a new battery, figuring that might help. I'll be swinging by a local store tonight to see if I can pick up a new battery ... I'm doing everything I can to extend the life of the battery ... I have all but the active sync email acount on a 1 hour refresh. I have dropped the brightness to its lowest ... turned off the backlight ... added the requests to disconnect after 2 minutes ... turned off Weather Panel to make sure its not trying to communicate to the world...
Digging in and digging deeper ...
