I guess it depends on the type of job you have and the expecatations you have of your employees. My folks have BB's because I expect they will be availabe to answer email at a moments notice. I would not roll this phone to my engineers because it lacks a dedicated keyboard - in fact in the majority of cases the BB is still the only way to go if you need to really email. In any event it appears that exchange active sync on this phone will need the extended battery at the very least (possibly 2).
