the "internal meter" is accurate. If you look at the samsung today screen plug in for the battery meter it matches. The value for that is in a samsung area of the registry under a vlaue named "batterypercentage"
spb and everyone else read a generic windows registry value that does NOT match the samsung value.
for some reason samsung is not updating the "normal" windows registy value that everyone else reads but instead updates their proprietary value.
bottom line- NO THIRD PARTY battery meters work correctly at the current time.
