I've got almost the same situation: verizon xv6800 with white spot but also "left" on direction pad needs extra pressure and I have a little more than a year on my contract. I wonder what they would do for me. It'd be nice if I didn't have to take the chance that they replace it with an xv6800 that is working just fine. That's why I wish they would take the xv6800 off the verizion website so that I'd be a little more confident about them offering a different replacement. |
