Seido apparently has a slimline extended battery in addition to the heavy-duty one.
That having been said, I have found the battery life on my work Pro a challenge. Things that have helped (admittedly, I don't use it as a primary voice device, but I do use heavy data) include turning off auto-backlight and setting it very low, turning off BT unless I'm using it, setting a screen password and using SensorLock to lock the screen input. At this point, I can't get my Mogul to go a day under normal use (I think the battery is shot, though, it charges and discharges way fast). __________________
