Just to let you guys know...do not think that the yellow ring poped up using any specific program...I went through alot of hell to find out from Samsung that some of the phones that are made...actually more than "some"...have this problem. My phone had it, my friend's has it and after finally arguing with Sprint I got a replacement phone sent to me...and the difference is unbelievible. I mean the actually screen even though it doesnt have the yellow line, it is actually a whiter and cleaner looking, I can actually put the contrast all the way up with no problem...Anyone, I mean Anyone that has any kind of yellow line make sure you get a replacement phone, and for the person earlier in the thread that said the store would replace it when they get it in stock...bullsh*t...you can call Sprint directly and get them to send the replacement to your house within one day, as long as the rep in the store put notes into your account that the phone is damaged. Sprint will send a replacement and a UPS package to send back your old phone. Believe me guys I want everyone to enjoy this wonderful phone...but make sure you guys have a fully functional phone...

P.S. I have been a Sprint PCS member for almost eight years and the quality of their service has become so horrible that if another company had the same phone and plans I would have left a long time ago...but the thing that keeps Sprint my provider is their hardware and plans...if that goes I go too...
