Samsung Interface Remains Underneath with Spb Mobile Shell Installed

For anyone insecure about trying Spb Mobile Shell, not to worry. The Samsung Interface is still there and there are shortcuts within Spb Mobile Shell to take you back to the Samsung main menu screens (the large icons).

You can even run the Widget interface (see important caveat). When you exit the Spb Mobile Shell (a finger swipe down the screen does it), you go to the Today screen and if you have the Widgets installed (Today plugin), there you are.

IMPORTANT CAVEAT: If you want to run Spb Pocket Plus on your Today screen, YOU MUST UNCHECK the Widget Today screen option. Otherwise it might be hard reset time.. When I tried to install, my Omnia froze, power off wouldn't work and I went searching for Ninja4Hire's hard reset instructions:http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/samsu...tml#post766063 (The reset hole is on top next to the power button)

Somehow, I got a soft reset instead. The Omnia rebooted, unchecked the Widget option and things are working fine. I'm running Spb Pocket Plus, the Mobile Shell, still have access to all Omnia interface but the Widgets. Seems like (in WM 6.1?) the Spb Pocket Plus configuration applet is no longer installed in Start, Settings, System tab but rather found under the Personal tab, Today applet, Item tab, Options for the plug-in. Still have 65 Mb RAM left running Spb Mobile Shell and Pocket Plus (plus everything else) installed to \My Storage rather than Main Memory (ignored all warnings about installing apps to storage card).
