I just found this little feature when poking around in every setting on the Omnia.

Settings > Buttons > Flashlight. With this enabled you can turn on the flash from the Today Screen by doing a long press on the Volume Button. Seems everyone wants a flashlight program...

Also, by default the "Mute when facedown" feature is turned off.

Settings > System > Motion Control > Etiquette. When this is enabled, setting the phone face down while on a call will Mute the phone and then UnMute when picked back up.
