This is an old tip, that still works in WM6.1. And for finger friendly devices, this makes it easier to move around.

Use your favorite registry editor to navigate to:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GWE]
cyHScr=13 - Default height of horizontal scroll bar
cxVScr=13 - Default width of vertical scroll bar

I only change the vertical scroll bar. I currently have set it at 17.
