this is an old program I used many years ago but it works just like Wireless Sync but is far more reliable. Here is the link where you can sign up for a free account:

However, I would highly suggest you get yourself a hosted Exchange account so you can take advantage of Microsoft Direct Push and not be dependent on always having a PC connected to the internet 24/7 in order to get your email. You can keep your Yahoo email address but get all the benefits of push. There are several hosted Exchange providers out there, the one I use is www.exchangeemailhosting.com . Its $10/month but worth every penny IMO. Other people prefer mail2web.com becasue its free but there are limitations to it because it is free (unless you get one of their pay accounts).
