GPS

I'm looking to 'pull the trigger' as early as tonight. Have had a SamSung i730 for years... Had Hitachi T1000 before that.

I'm probably switching to Sprint to get my Touch Pro, primary reason being the non locked down GPS. I use ALK CoPilot on my i730 and love it. As I understand it Verizon has the GPS locked down and useable only with their $ navigation option. It'll be nice to drop the external Pharos GPS and cable...

I use the Windows Terminal Client a little bit, but when I need it I NEED IT.

On the i730 I used Verizon's Wireless sync which ran on my PC to push my Email, contacts, and calendar out to my PDA. Our company only supports Blackberrys so this worked for me at the PC level. It doesn't look like Sprint has a equivalent. I'm hoping the link via Outlook Web Access will work. I'm spoiled with how well the Verizon sync has worked.

Edit: Oops almost forgot... I use the Slingbox Mobile also to watch via Slingbox my Replay TV DVR at home. Nice to watch ANY live show, any recorded show, or set something to record from anywhere...

P.P.S. Got one finally...
