My i760 is now behaving MUCH better since I hard-reset it a week or so ago. (still holding off WM61 upgrade b/c of mixed reports, a few brick stories and a short-supply of i760 replacements)

Anyway, I was wondering, since my phone is now just over 1 year old, will Verizon still honor a replacement in year 2 in the event it were to crap out?

Does my Assurion extended warranty have nothing to do with that? (I thought Assurion is only for if I lose it or do physical damage to it, like dropping it down a staircase)
