need assistance...

tried the upgrade and it did the OS portion fine. I am now stuck at the "PDA update finished. Phone update start." screen. The phone shows "Do not disconnect. Entering Phone download." It hasn't moved in over 10 minutes. I can't close the program(PC) and the phone won't turn off.

what steps should i try now?

Nevermind. I reset and started over. It went through the entire process again, but never got hung. All is good now...
