I use Fairuse ... but you have to compress fairly aggressively (~500 mb or so for a movie is about the edge of smooth play I've seen). Currently no one has player code that makes efficient use of the TP's graphics accelerator so even the best performing player (I use TCPMP) will have occasional skips or slowdowns in a file at that bitrate. But it is very watchable.
