Called support on 10/17 to get my i760 replaced ("deep sleep issue") and there was no inventory. Was offered a VX6800 but was told I could never switch back to the i760 if I took it. Decided to put up with the issue and see how things went. My warranty expired on 10/22 so the tech said he would note my account for when I called back.

Called support again today (11/17), still no i760s available and again offered the VX6800. They couldn't tell me anything in regards to status of the phone coming back or not. Waiting to see the i770 in person before I start pushing in that direction.
