Frustrated
Spent a long time with tech support today, including supervisors. One told me the Saga was just too expensive as a replacement (plus I am NOT a business customer, so they don't even have it yet). Also, warranty expired on Nov. 2nd, so a "free" replacement will cost me $50.00. So, either I get a 6800 for 50 bucks, renew my contract and get a new phone at the standard price, or switch to A T & T. I will wait until the 6850 comes out for consumers (anyone know when that will be?), and then try again...
