I have my mail syncing through exchange activesync. typically about 50 to 60 emails a day. plus a dozen or so calls lasting a total of about 30 minutes. at the end of the day it's usually down to 70%, I can typically get 2 days out of a full charge.

So after the upgrade, the first 2 days drained the battery down to 35% by 5pm each day.
the 3rd day, at the end of the day it was 85%.

Also, I notice the thing locks up more frequently now. At least once a day, I will try to turn it on, it would not turn on. the blue led would flash but the screen would not turn on. only way to turn it back on is to reset it or remove the battery. Pre-upgrade, I usually go 5 to 7 days between reboots.
after going through nearly a dozen PDA phones, I had thought this was the perfect phone for me, but now after the upgrade, I'm not too sure anymore.
