I dropped my phone and cracked the screen 2 weeks ago. At that time neither Verizon or Asurion could replace the i760. After a total runaround, all they could offer was the 6800. Honestly, I am getting fed up with Verizon and this is the second time that they basically stopped supporting a product within a year of offering it. When they offer an 'equivalent' model, it never really is an equal product.

Anyway, I called back today and Asurion does have i760s again and is sending one out to arrive tuesday for the $50 fee, of course.
